Episode 8 - Misty Dullahide

This week's ep is with a lady who chooses to live life to the extreme! Misty Dullahide left home at 15 and has lived a very nomadic lifestyle since, where at times she found herself living with 10 other kids in a 3-bedroom house.

After a tough upbringing, Misty opens up about the trauma she experienced and how this lead her down a pathway of drug and alcohol addiction which nearly ended her life. She talks about her experience with psychosis and suicide but reflects positively on her rocky past, and how this has helped shape her confidence and acceptance for who she is.

After trying different careers, she now lives life out of the back of her van practising permaculture and regenerative farming. She has a beautiful outlook on life and after listening you'll be excited to guess where her story will end up next!
